2Is there a minimum quantity I need to order?
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) specifies the minimum amount that can be ordered for a product. Additional Quantity Breaks (AQB) provide quantity breaks beyond MOQ.
3How do I supply my artwork?
Preferred formats are vector-based EPS, Adobe Illustrator (AI), or Corel Draw (CDR) files. Contact us for more details.
4What if I don’t have my artwork in the correct format?
We can help you convert artwork, but additional charges may apply. Color swatches or previously printed samples may be acceptable, but color matches are less accurate.
5What happens when I place my order?
You'll receive an order acknowledgment and virtual proof in PDF format for review and approval. Your order proceeds after approval.
1Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation fees may apply if the order is canceled after the purchase order is sent.
2What is the print quality for low-cost items?
We work with reliable suppliers to offer high-quality printing regardless of product cost.
3How are the goods shipped
We use reliable third-party shipping service providers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx India, Ecom Express or Xpressbees to ship your order. Delivery is handled by third-party couriers, with 90% of deliveries received in the next 3-5 business days. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries by third-party couriers. For time-sensitive orders, consider using a best shipping options (rates available upon request).
4Can I send my artwork for review if it's not in the correct format?
Yes, you can send artwork for review. Additional charges may apply for adjustments or conversions.
